Ate here about a week ago. I ordered the small order of wings. I feel like its a little sneaky they dont tell you how many wings that is until you ask the waitress. It turns out the small is 10 wings for about $12.00 which is pricey but whatever I wanted wings. I get the wings and the smaller size wings were cooked perfect but the bigger size wings were too raw. Couldn't eat it. The wings were a good quality meat and the small ones were delicious.

B-dubs is a nice reminder of being in college in the Midwest. This place is just so much fun between all the TVs and the trivia games. Their beer selection is actually not too shabby, and their food is not too bad either. The service has been impeccable both times, and I just really had fun. When you go to B-dubs, it's all about the brand and experience. I just wish the experience was a bit cheaper and closer to home.

Very expensive, $80 for lunch 4 of us. Food was fair over priced Services was poor Will not return

I just came in for wings and a beer with my 8 year old daughter. It took over 15 min to get a corona and when she set it down I said I'll take another she said I can only have one beer on the table at a time. Then I said.....I will have it finished in the fifteen minutes it takes to get one. She said sorry would I like a water ?? Never heard of that. I don't usually drink beer but maybe I'll order a pitcher next.

I like B-Dubs because the food is good, the service is decent, and the atmosphere is nice. I can bring the kids here and have a good time and not worry about my service being mediocre because I am not a table of young men. I do love all of the different flavors of sauce. The menu clearly lists how spicy each sauce is on a scale so you don't end up ordering something you can't handle. There is plenty of parking in their dedicated lot so no worries there. There is outside as well as indoor seating. My husband loves to play trivia using the app on his phone with others in the restaurant so if you are into that, it can be an added bonus. One word of advice, if there is a particular game you want to watch just keep in mind that if you need to change a channel it takes a manager to do it. Which for us took 20 min. Best to find the game you want and sit at a table where you know you can see it vs asking them to change the channel.

The wings were perfect! Our waitress was really friendly and attentive. She even changed the channel on the tv near us so we could watch the hockey game instead of football. All of the staff there was very pleasant. We were greeted with smiles and asked by multiple people if we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Seated quickly. Food was great. Our waitress goofed and doubled our order of wings and let us keep them for no extra charge. I'd say that's a win!

My family and I have visited this location multiple times. Each experience is very different. The food is great. Some of the servers are not so great and have to be reminded to refill empty drinks. Having to flag down your waitress during a slow lunch hour is a little ridiculous. Some of the waitresses look like they have yoga pants on. The dress attire (bottoms) should be more professional, so that the waitresses aren't walking around with a wedgie. Never will sit or order from bar after witnessing a bar tender wipe her snotty nose, not wash her hands and proceeded to touch clean cups. Wings taste great! Great deals throughout the week.

ZERO RATING!! Went to this location and what a DISAPPOINTMENT. That commercial they show on TV where fellow football fans are watching the same team? Today about 1:15 pm they sat us by a table we did not specifically ask for, we wanted to see our team and she said there was no table available so she sat us outside. I went looked for our game and found it and there was a customer leaving so I asked the same host if we can seat at that table and she said no, because "other people are waiting" was her excuse. I explained to her she just sat us 2 mins ago and she stood her ground, what happened to customer service? I told her, "I guess I'am leaving" and she said, "good bye!" She was about 5'8, long blond hair, and little chunky 155-160lbs. We left and went to BJ's nearby and they sat us where our game is being shown. Seating were better, food was better and staff was friendlier. Will I ever return again at Buff Wing at Pinellas Park? I doubt it, She almost ruined our Sunday outing!!! One would think they will accommodate you?

Decent food, not great. Our food was kind of slow and our order was wrong and never corrected. Our waitress was often gone for long periods of time. We had to find the manager after our meal because she was never sent to our table when there was an obvious issue. This location was not even crowded that day. Food needs work, pricing is high, environment is great though. I hope for a better meal should I return.

It's game night so I didn't expect fast service. Just what I expected. It was her first day serving she said. Therefore, she wasn't knowledgeable about the menu but she did tried to give good service. The wings are always on point with Buffalo Wild Wings. This specific location is smaller than the other bww that I've been to but I really like how there's still a lot of television screen giving the small restaurant feel as though you're at a big arena. Thumbs up for that.

Horrible service. If zero stars were an option I would have chosen that. Stopped in for a quick bite on a Sunday early afternoon(not even football season) and waited 8 min at greeters station to be seated. Once seated took another 10 min for a waitress to take a drink order and the place was only maybe 1/2 full. We ordered food and drinks at the same time since we had plenty of time to review the menu. The waitress came back after ordering and said we couldn't get an item since these were corporate menus and they did not carry that particular item. Really!!!! Wings came and were 75% breading 25%chicken. 2nd horrible experience at a BWW. Will NEVER go back again.

My server marinara was so attentive and sincere. Food was awesome and I love the outside deck. I'll come back anyday. Asian zing is the best!

The food is good, not crazy about wings but the burgers are the rage. They should call it Buffalo wild Burgers! From my many excellent visits here, it was different this time and it was the waitress. She was ice cold, you know the type that makes you feel like you are bothering her. I hate it when that happens Rachel, what did we do? : (. Normally we hang out and play Buzz time.

Folks who know me, know that I love the Buffalo (or BDubs, or Bw3), to the point that I got 2 separate gifts cards to BWW last month. It's a total downer that this place disappointed. After a Sunday in the Florida sunshine, I wanted to have a good dinner so I could head home and get ready for another work week. This is apparently a new store and was pretty empty. They have the updated BuzzTime tablet games (versus the old school clunky consoles that can never hold a charge for more than a few games) and the refreshed interior. I had my usual fare of boneless wings, mango habanero flavor. The food was on par with all other BWW experiences, but the service was completely lackluster. Is football over? yes. Is your bar slow? yes. Can you try and pretend you actually want to be at work? yes. The bartender just made it seem like he didn't want to be there and was completely disinterested in the customers. Had I been at my usual BWW, I would have spent some more coin and played some more Buzztime; this place I just wanted to leave after I finished my wings. This location is much closer to where I hang out if I'm in this part of the bay, but I'd rather drive to my usual spot in Clearwater to satiate my habanero cravings.

Did take out on Friday evening, July 31, 2015. Must say, that I'm glad we did take out - yikes this place is NOISY. Don't remember when I was last in a restaurant that was this noisy. Not a place to go for a relaxing, comfortable time. Lots of TVs on with different shows, all on high volume, with lots of talk by patrons and staff. Really a challenge to hear and understand. They were able to prepare the food in less time than they had indicated it would take, so a PLUS for them on that front. Food was okay. Not outstanding, but okay.

Ok. Now, before I get judged too harsh here...let me say, what else do you expect from Buffalo Wild Wings? This place fulfills my expectations of sports bar and chicken wing place. It's really good. They don't bread their wings, which is a plus. I love their sauces too. The service is good. The food is good.

Have to update my review to a 2. The service just keeps getting worse and worse every time I come here. Even when they aren't busy they take so long to bring drinks or give a menu or take my order. Last time I came here I got wings and on Tuesday they have 60 cent wings or something. They ran out of wings but didn't let me know and took forever. There's no excuse to make someone wait like 30 minutes for 6 wings and some fries. The wings are nothing special either.

  • Robin S.

Just awful. If you like salt, salt, and then more salt, this place is for you. The appetizers taste frozen, the nachos were not worth ten bucks. Really wish I had my $40 back.

BWWs is really getting the formula for a sports bar down pat. They understand that the quality of the wings does matter (are you listening Hooters & Company) as well as the atmosphere. The variety of sauces and spices ensure that everyone will find something that they can enjoy and there is enough creativity here to get you away from the traditional buffalo wing sauce. Of course, there are more traditional items on the menu, but for most people I suspect they come here for the wings. The drinks are fairly standard with a large selection of the usual suspects. Inside, there are TVs at every angle with live sports or the in-house poker and quiz games. The entertainment options are not lacking. One of the nice touches I truly appreciate is the process for picking up to-go orders. Unlike most places that hand you your bags and encourage you to move on so they can get to the next customer, BWWs will go through every order in your bag to ensure that it is accurate. It definitely alleviates the issue of getting home to find out your order was completely off base. The Tampa/St. Pete area is not short on wing joints, but most of them fall far short of BWWs in my opinion.

I have been to this B-Dubs about four times. The food is pretty standard for a big chain sports bar, and they have a nice variety of wing flavors plus some other good food options. The decor is warehouse chic, with lots of TVs and a nifty game system that you can participate in by grabbing a small tablet. However, the Service has been getting worse and worse -- when it first opened, the service was great. Last time I went, the waitress sat down with some friends while we waited 45 min for our food -- I was tempted to walk out. I will be back more often if the service improves. Another concern -- if you are a concealed carry permit holder and like to conceal carry, Buffalo Wild Wings has a sign up prohibiting Concealed Carry. As permit holders should know, that means that you can't carry your gun into the restaurant. This means that I have to lock it up out in the car, or only go when I'm not carrying. I suppose I somewhat understand the policy, since B-Dubs is a sports BAR, but I never drink ANYTHING alcoholic when I am driving or carrying, so the policy is an inconvenience. (If I were a business owner of this kind, I would WANT concealed carry on my property to discourage robberies -- I would put up a sign saying if you conceal carry, don't drink.) (For all of you anti-gun people, yes, I have a legitimate reason for having my permit, connected to my job.)

Went here twice. Not very impressed with the food or service. I usually like Buffalo Wild Wings, but on two occasions I received mediocre service and food that was either over or under cooked. Perhaps they are still working out their growing pains because the location is new. I am willing to go back in the future because I am a fan of the chain and it is close to home, but I'd like to see some improvements to this particular location.

Not impressed at all!!! Most apps are frozen and processed. The staff was not friendly at all.

Love the menu selection and the sauces. I appreciate values so their lunch special works for me. The food is not five star but also not four star for an establishment like this. The service was attentive.

I'm not sure why anyone would eat here, more than once, on purpose. But they do...they keep going back and that's why places like this are still in business. The atmosphere is airport-y...airport-esque...airport-ish. It's big, cold and lacking of any warmth or personality. It's generic in appearance and food selection. If you want to catch a game and drink a beer, I'm sure you would leave unscathed. However, the food leaves much to be desired. We ordered some wings, the cheese curds, and the pepperoni flatbread. Five of the wings (the sauced) were large and salty, the other five (naked) were teeny tiny, overcooked, mangy looking and salty. The flatbread was covered in Velveeta (this is not an over-exaggeration) and had nine pieces of pepperoni and was too salty. It was also very symmetrical and had the look of mass production. The cheese curds were probably the best part (if there was a best part) and you could wring the grease out of them. Everything was insanely salty. Did I say that already? I get it, I really do. Most people don't care what they are eating, and if they do - they don't eat at a place called Buffalo Wild Wings. But the least they can do is teach whoever they have throwing the food in the microwave how to put down the salt shaker. We sat at the bar, the service was good and the staff were all friendly...unfortunately I don't go to restaurants to hang out with the staff. First and last time at BWW.

We heard really good things about this place so we decided to give it a try. All I can say is we were really not impressed. It started off with the greeting we received walking in.... not friendly. Waitress was friendly but not good at her job at all. You had to beg for refills on drinks unless it was beer she remembered to ask that often. The wings were ok but nothing special at all. The fries were horrible and limp. I had to get up in the middle of the night with a stomach ache and a bathroom trip and so did my daughter. We will not be back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you are fond of craft beers or micro-brews from exotic breweries around the U.S., then this place is definitely NOT for you. Although they claim 30 different beers, my wife and I found that boast to be completely untrue. On this evening, and it was our first visit to this new establishment, I should have been tipped off when the server did not know what beers were available (don't you guys train your servers?). She finally found a list and I started asking for different beers. She would dutifully go ask the bartender, then return with a "Sorry, we ran out of that one." This went on for 10 iterations, so I finally gave up and asked for a Guinness. Nope, that one was out, too (hint: guys, there is a Publix close by - send someone over to pick up a few six-packs - and you'll still make a profit and will be keeping customers satisfied). But they definitely had lots of Miller Lite on tap. Ugh! The wings were fairly large, perfectly cooked, and there are a ton of variations on sauces, from mild enough for my grandmother to eat, to hot enough to blister the paint on my Honda. However, both of our orders were a bit lacking in sauce, so we asked for extra. The server happily brought extra, but then I later noticed we were charged extra for sauce that should have been included on the original order. I guess the lesson is to ask for them "extra-wet" when you place your order. I have no idea if that will incur an additional charge, but at least they will come to the table without needing additional action. The server was very attentive, when she was around, but I wound up staying a lot longer in the restaurant because she frequently disappeared for loooong stretches of time. I found out later that she had been sat with a huge table (looked to be 15 to 20 folks) in a different part of the restaurant. So in all honesty, I can't really assess her attentiveness, but I could not in all fairness give my usual (hearty) tip for service that was lacking, irrespective of the reason. Not her fault, but still... The ambiance is OK, if you like it LOUD, and there are TVs on the walls almost everywhere you look. Looks like it is a sports-bar wannabe, but can't quite measure up.

I have been to this location a few times, I am a big fan of bww or bw3's as I have know it for years. My wife and I just went today to eat lunch. We sat in the patio during a nice football Sunday. The management of this location failed it's customer by not scheduling for a day like today. There was 1 server for the whole patio (16 tables). We ordered our food and drinks at 1 time. After being there for over an hour with no food we finally ask for our bill for drinks and left. I highly recommend that if you want to go to this location, go during the week at off hours. Shame on the management for understaffing to save money! We are now sitting at a restaurant next door eating lunch.

So many flavors of sauce to choose from for the wings and I love the fact that you can switch up the flavor on every 6. Nice outdoor seating at this location and huge TV's perfect for watching any sports game.

The store has the wrong phone number... Placed an order for a party... Got there and was informed "I" called the wrong number and then they told me the phone number on their website is wrong. Holy hell, get ur stuff together. At least the food was fast! So 2 stars have become 3...

Went for beer, wings and Thursday night Football. This place was terrible. They truly were not ready for the sudden rush that this game created. Service was incredibly slow as we had to wait over an hour for our food which was cold and almost as long for beer refills. Seems like they were understaffed and under trained. The bartenders were clueless. Our waitress, when she actually came by, had no idea what the happy hour specials were. My buddy actually had to inform her of their Thursday night specials. We had waitresses continuously walking from table to table with plates of food or drinks asking what they had ordered. They had no concept of table numbers... Not gonna lie, I will probably be back. It definitely will not be anytime soon though. I'll give it a year or so this way they can get their stuff together.

  • Ryan L.

Staff incredibly rude! What is the point of having a sports bar if you can't get a table to watch the game you want. Can't believe I was condescendingly spoken too by hostess! Will not go back! Blown away by rudeness!

  • Jay K.

I went here on a Friday afternoon, not much of a crowd as hoped. We were seated right away. It took over 10 mins for our waitress to greet us, then another 10 mins to get our drink order. They didn't have half of the drink menu in stock. (not a good start ). We had the loaded nachos as an appetizer, not very good at all. I ordered the wings and my wife ordered a burger. Both the wings and burger were ok, nothing special. The service was lack luster at best. This was my first visit, I probably won't be back. A tip for those that might go here, sit at the bar. Everyone seems to gather there anyway.

Absolutely terrible service!!! I have been to many buffalo wild wings in several different cities, but never have I encountered such terrible service. We went there and we're seated in a timely fashion, and no one came to our table for nearly 30 minutes. Not even to ask is we needed water, let alone a little courtesy to let us know that someone will be with you soon. Severs walked past our table multiple times and no one seemed to notice that we had not been served. I don't know if it was because all of us seated at the table were brown, but I want to leave racist speculation a the end, since I sure hope that it was not a racist motive, rather than absolutely shear negligence.

Deplorable wait time when plenty of tables were readily available but waiting to be cleaned. For some reason the hostess, that would rather be crashed-out on a couch somewhere else, is responsible for cleaning tables so just don't be in a hurry at this place. Great food & drink but poorly managed on gameday.
